In 2021, my life changed in an instant when I survived a sudden aortic dissection.
The recovery was intense—but it also opened a doorway I never expected. In the quiet moments of healing, I began noticing synchronicities, subtle signs, and a completely new way of experiencing life.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that this was the beginning of my awakened journey.
I know how disorienting it can feel when the outer world looks the same, but internally everything is shifting. When signs begin to appear, emotions rise unexpectedly, or reality itself starts to feel different, it’s easy to question what’s happening—or even question yourself.
But this isn’t something going wrong.
It’s something opening.
I’ve walked that path—through the uncertainty, the intensity, and the quiet moments of clarity that begin to emerge. And I know how important it is to feel grounded and supported while it unfolds.
My mission is to ensure that no one has to move through this experience alone.

This work is rooted in both lived experience and professional training. I’m a certified Reiki Master and meditation teacher, and I’ve spent over a decade working at a world-renowned research institute.
