A few years ago, I was in the thick of survival, facing one health crisis after another. Cancer. Spinal surgery. Emergency operations. And then, open-heart surgery that changed everything.
It was during rehab, with my body still fragile and my spirit cracked wide open, that I began to awaken, truly awaken. I started sensing energy, noticing synchronicities, and reconnecting with a quiet wisdom I had long forgotten. Nature spoke. Signs arrived. And for the first time in a long time… I listened.
That’s when I began creating simple grounding rituals to help me feel safe in my own body again. I’d place my feet on the earth. Breathe with the trees. Hold a stone in my hand and remember: I’m here.
Photography became my prayer. Oracle cards became my compass. And journaling became my lifeline back to myself.
I created this challenge because I know how overwhelming awakening can feel. Especially when you’re still holding it all together on the outside. Maybe life looks “normal,” but inside? Everything’s shifting. You’re more sensitive, more aware, and sometimes… more unsure.
You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
This 5-day grounding challenge is my gentle offering to you. A soft place to start. No pressure, no perfection. Just one small, soul-nourishing step at a time.
